She was most helpful and made sure I had all the details and knew exactly when and how it would arrive at my door. This was after spending more than a month attempting to acquire something much less well made from a major online retailer who never had in stock what they said they did. Brava Wicker Warehouse!!

I have been very happy with Wicker… I have been very happy with Wicker Warehouse products and service over the years. The last 6 piece wicker sectional I bought has Sunbrella fabric. I feel compelled to warn buyers about a problem I experienced. When I removed the covers of the back cushions to clean them I found the inside filling (cores) had disintegrated to the point of falling apart. I was told they are only under warranty for one year and would cost $950 to replace. I am still shocked that back cushions would fall apart like that after 3 years. I am certainly not going to order replacements from them.

I had a really wonderful experience… I had a really wonderful experience with ordering. All the furniture and pillows arrived in great condition and we have been enjoying both sets. I did write an email asking if the cushion fabric had been scotch-guarded and never heard back. If it has not been scotch-guarded, I asked if I should do that. I would appreciate an answer. Also, the chairs are really deep, so I need to order 6 more pillows, and would like some help choosing a color, because we have two different fabrics, one for the conversation area, and one for the chairs around the table. Excellent headboards with a couple minor issues Excellent headboards. Well made and sturdy. They arrived in robust packaging. I would have rated 5 stars except for two minor issues. The Whitewash Twin Pavilions I ordered were actually more of a beige color, but still attractive. Also, the mounting holes in the headboard legs were drilled at an angle instead of straight through and had to be re-drilled. Aside from these minor points, excellent value for the money.
