GBFantastic support staff! I had a credit card authorization problem with my first order. I sent an email last night at ~12am Eastern time (I'm on the west coast) and had a response this morning when I woke up. My email was handled by Vikas Goyal and I want to thank Vikas personally for responding so quickly, politely and thoroughly. I was waiting for a specific rug to come back in stock and I was worried about it selling out while I waited to figure out what was going on with the credit card auth, but because of the quick support response I was able to put in a new order successfully and get the rug I've been waiting for!!! GBThe site kept freezing every time i… The site kept freezing every time i clicked on a different link. I had to keep closing and opening the site in order for me to be able to navigate. fix please

GBTest feature is great! Being able to see it in your room and have it automatically populate for each rug you view is an amazing feature that made the process of finding a rug so easy.
