GBI was placing my order online I was placing my order online, but had a question regarding availability. I called the 800# at 4:25PM. Closing time on their website is 4:30PM. A very pleasant gentleman answered my question and shared additional information. He then offered to complete my order over the phone. The benefit of FREE SHIPPING outweighs any additional % off I might have found anywhere else. This was a very pleasant experience,like talking to a friend I just met.
