Excellent First time buyer. Easy ordering process online. Free and fast delivery. Well packaged. I expected the rigid mat to be flat packed, so extra care was needed to unroll the mat as there is a LOT of tension. Lays and stays flat once on the carpet. Overall very pleased and would use Matstores again. I bought directly and not from Amazon.

Good quality mat. The mat was delivered promptly, well packaged and exactly as described. The quality of the polycarbonate is very good and should give a reasonably long useful life. Having used it for a short time before completing this review, there has been no movement of the mat on the carpet and the heavy office chair glides over it.

Quick and easy to order. Super fast delivery. It was easy to order and it arrived promptly. It is exactly what we needed having got a new carpet and experiencing difficulties with the work from home office chair sinking into the pile. It has solved the problem. Only slight issue is that it is quite slippery and the chair moves over the surface a little too freely.

If its not available then in my opinion it shouldn't be showing on website. Other than that no issues with this company.
