Well made and as pictured It is exactly as pictured online. The price was very reasonable for an item of such good quality. It arrived within 3 weeks, which I thought was reasonable for a made to order item. It has a fairly deep hole on the top that easily accommodates the neck on the bottom of some gazing balls. We are extremely happy with it!

Outstanding Product and Customer Service I ordered three cast aluminum decorative tiles and didn’t realize they came in two colors. I inadvertently ordered one that was a different color than the other two. I was immediately contacted to verify if this was what I intended. Most companies would just ship without checking, wouldn’t they? My tiles arrived quickly, all in the color I wanted, and were more beautiful than pictured. My tiles were well packaged to avoid damage. I will definitely order from them again!

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy. Choices for ceramic house numbers are few but very nice. The hamsa with white lotus flower end pieces are gorgeous. The option to have the pieces put together for you is IMO expensive and it is easily done by purchaser with emailed directions. Overall I absolutely love my purchase and have a few friends looking to purchase these.

Happy Repeat Customer I am a repeat customer. Back in 2015, I purchased some Arroyo outdoor lighting, which I unfortunately lost in a house fire last year. When I went to try to purchase the same fixtures this year, I found the original paperwork with the product and contact information. With so many businesses folding during the pandemic, I was thrilled to get a reply from Joseph as I remember how knowledgeable and helpful he was in informing me about the options and choosing glass combinations. This time, in addition to replacing the previous fixtures, I also ordered an interior one. Again, Joseph was extremely helpful. He responded quickly to the series of emails I sent, and when Arroyo filled an order incorrectly, he was right on top of rectifying the situation. He also gave me a discount for being a return customer. I definitely plan to do business with Oak Park in the future, should the occasion arise.

Oak Park Went Above and Beyond Oak Park has exceptional products and customer service. I had an issue with a light that I ordered from Arroyo Craftsmen (not Oak Park's fault), and Oak Park's customer service team did everything possible to make it right. They were lightning-fast with responses, and worked to find a solution that I was happy with. The other four items I ordered had no problems, shipped quickly, and was easy to track the whole shipping lifecycle via Shopify. I will be an Oak Park customer for a long time!
