I needed a specific fixture height I needed a specific fixture height, and they created it for me. While it took over a week for this process to take place, the product looks great. Thank you!

Excellent Service, Parts Need Improvement Pro: Grand Brass made finding and ordering the parts I needed to repair my fixture easy, and they promptly delivered exactly what was pictured and described on their site. Con: The quality of the 78mm. RS7 porcelain sockets I ordered needs improvement. First, the 6" leads proved too short by half, necessitating pigtail wires at both ends. Second, the 17mm nuts at either end are too thin by half, making them impossible to reattach if ever removed. Third, the holes for the fasteners are drilled in awkward positions, making it much more difficult to attach to an existing fixture.
