GBwebsite works well. very smooth transaaction website works well; easy to maneuver; really like the feature of showing other lights in a similar style; smooth transaction! yay. Ok - just found out the date of experience thing below doesn't work well at all.

GBExcellent customer service I have bought several different pieces and have always been happy with choices. Customer service in the store is available and professional. Online purchases have all been satisfactory deliveries. Love the consistency of customer service.

GBI signed up to receive text messages to… I signed up to receive text messages to get the 15% off and it wasn't until I already signed up that I was told the brand I was purchasing was not included. The list of not included brands has to be longer than the list of those that are included. Bait and switch for sure.

GBGreat customer service Bryce was so helpful on the phone. I couldn't access the color I wanted for the fan, and he sent me the exact link via email so all I had to do was order. GREAT customer service!
