GBCustomer focus and excellent follow-thru! With less than two weeks to an upcoming show, there were no SourceFours to be found anywhere. I ordered from NewLighting at a price only marginally above what I was finding on eBay, etc. After inquiring about delivery, NewLighting carried the message through and had ETC specifically update me with delivery. Result — everything was delivered sooner than expected, in perfect shape and with no hassles or hidden charges. We hung the equipment in time and the show was beautiful.

GBFunny that you would ask me to do a… Funny that you would ask me to do a review for a product I ordered a month ago but still haven't received. I also got no notifucation from the company that the product was delayed. Only after I called did anyone call me back to explain that it's on a slow boat from China. It wqas also interesting to get email from NewLighting with a USED Lighting web address/return email address. I haven't received my order yet but I'm sure not impressed so far. And oh yeah, they debited my account for the order immediately after receiving the order instead of the much more common business practice of debiting my account once it has shipped.
