Worth the wait When we received the correct product it was great. There was a delay due to the wrong style of board being shipped initially. However, the responsiveness and desire to make everything right was excellent. Our client is delighted with the water-resistant bead board for the laundry room walls. Installer also thinks it is a great product.

They not only provided me with quality made beadboards at a very reasonable price, which was delivered on time, but Bob at American Beadboard assisted me via their on-line help. Since I never had any experience installing beadboard before, I had questions about how best to install, prime and paint the panels. He was with me all the way. It's now installed and looks great! MDF Beadboard Passed the Water Test The beadboard sample kit was so helpful. I love that the beadboard is reversable and provides two different width options for the bead. I tested the MDF by soaking one end of it in water for 8 hours, and there was less than 1/16th of an inch difference between the non-soaked end upon removal. I'd imagine if there was a coat of paint on the MDF that there would be no change from the water. I highly recommend this product, and it passed the test to be installed as our kitchen backsplash.
