Great Variety of Ropes The nylon cord I ordered was exactly the right size and strength, and arrived very quickly. I was not able to find anything like this at Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, or Ace Hardware. The selection at Hercules was excellent. The only issue I had was self-inflicted. I ordered a quantity of 25, thinking the unit of measure was feet, but it was an individual hank of 25 feet, so I got 25 hanks of 25 feet, which was a lot more than I needed. A call to their customer service granted me a return order for the ones I didn't need. Very friendly and helpful person on the line, so everything worked out great.

These guys are great These guys are great. I ordered, they shipped fast and got a great rope in bulk for a good price. If UPS would not have left the box uncovered in the rain it would've been a perfect experience, but that wasn't their fault, just a lazy UPS employee.

Such a superior climbing rope! Such a superior climbing rope! I purchased one a few years ago. It seemed pretty good...then it wore out and I replaced it with a 20-foot 1.5" from Hercules--what a difference! I can't see ever having to replace this one. Very impressed!
