The process is super easy to defrost the food and portion it out. All of the ingredients are high quality and my dog could not stop licking the bowl.

MY DOG DIED THE LAST WEEK IN FEBRUARY MY DOG DIED THE LAST WEEK IN FEBRUARY. I WENT ONLINE TO FIND A NUMBER TO CALL TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION...NO NUMBER! Each month I would go online to cancel, since no communication followed I had to assume it was cancelled...until another box arrived. 5 times I attempted to cancel under "manage your subscription. Now I have been charged for 6 shipments at $141.00 per shipment and they are refusing to refund. I even started sending it back but guess what.. theres no where to return it. Poor customer service and heartbreaking after losing my pup.
