GBleather baseball hat I purchased a leather baseball hat, unfortunately it was too big. After contacting them to let them know this they graciously sent a return tag and sent m e another hat in an adjustable size, unfortunately that one didn't work either. They worked with me regarding the return and refund. The customer service was excellent!

GBOrder not ready on time After 7 weeks my order still wasn't ready. Its almost impossible to reach anyone by phone and you will always get a voicemail. The company did refund my money back quickly after I requested so due to the long timeframe.
