GBMostly good Mostly I had a good experience… Got a call from a customer service person right after I ordered, but it felt very informal. Got the jacket when they said I would… I did not get the discount they said I would for the first order from them; it went from $279.00 to $270.00, but the site said I would get a $20 discount and the customer service person said he would make sure I got it… the jacket fit well and for the most part is good quality, but based on my 5 other leather coats, it feels a little light weight. The person I bought it for liked the coat.
