GBQuality product exceeded my expectations Order arrived promptly, quality was excellent and the belt will clearly last me a long time. Only feedback is to add a prominent sizing guide to the website. I ordered my size and it fits but thought it would pass the buckle a bit more; recommend ordering one size (inch or two) up. Bottom line: better belt than I've bought anywhere; moreso considering the very reasonable price. Bravo Orion!

GBThe best belts available I have bought many different belts but the ones I have gotten from Orion are the best. The quality of materials and the workmanship is great. They are usually made to order so they might take a little longer than off the shelf belts that other companies sell but Orion’s are of much better quality. You will be getting the best craftsmanship available and good durability at a very fair price. Oh yes, and as an added bonus, their belts will stop your pants from falling down

GBAre you joking? Are you joking? I placed my order almost two weeks ago and never even received confirmation, despite the money being taken promptly from my account. They don't respond to emails, their phone number is non-functioning, and their website isn't even up any more (all pages on the site lead to an error code). This is ridiculous. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal and my bank. Do not trust this company.

GBNo communication Ordered two items that stated they usually ship in 1 to 2 business days. It has been 12 business days and the only response from Orion Leather has been this survey request. Have sent multiple e-mails with no response. Have called multiple times, at different times, during their normal business hours only to get a recording. Unable to leave a voice message as their message box is full. Under "My Account" on their website the order is still showing as processing. Unable to cancel order on the website as it states the order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing.

GBBad company should go out of business. Poor customer service. Charged me a "restocking fee" for a return though I wasn't warned, never agreed to it, and the told me it was actually a penalty because they had to hand make my order. This violates the UCC. Tried to settle through email. That don't care about customers. I recommend you do business with another company.
