GBPoor packaging and creased maps… The maps are great but the packaging and shipping was not ideal. Both of the maps I got were creased upon arrival and the cardboard tubes they came in were somewhat squished. For 30$ a map and shipping I expected more care in the shipping and handling.

GBItem arrived crushed. Item arrived crushed. This was to be a gift for a friend. I realize DeLong can’t control this, but I now have no use for a crushed wine chart. I own on and absolutely love my wine chart.

IETop quality. I ordered their wine regions maps of Spain, France and Italy to be shipped to Ireland. Initially my order got lost but they shipped the day right after I contacted them about the delay and it got here very quickly and very safely packed. Great quality product too.
