Very Confused Not sure what is going on with this business. I ordered 2 large Icelandic sheepskin rugs to put on our new couch from them. The snowball white Icelandic 50x32, They were both very nice but 1 of them had very a strong odor and was frizzy in the middle. The odor was so strong that you could smell it when you walked into the room. I politely asked if I could return the one that had the odor. I offered in good faith to place an order for the replacement and asked to have a return label for the one that had the odor to return back and refund which they agreed to. That was 8/9. They charged me $200+ immediately on placing the return order. 9/25 still no response no rug. I have not received the replacement rug that I paid for. I have reached out to them multiple times regarding but no response. Nothing. I am very perplexed, disappointed and out $200+. If I find out that this whole situation is a mishap and things are resolved I will definitely change my review.
