GBBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible.

GBYour Company had a good selection of… Your Company had a good selection of products on the website. I ordered two pairs of suspenders by two different manufacturers. I have only had a chance to try out one of the two but I am very satisfied with that item. Every step of the process was satisfactory with the exception of shipping time. I thought it was a little longer than I would have expected but I will write it off to the fact that there was two different manufacturers.

GBI received my order very quickly I received my order very quickly. I ordered 2 wallets and they arrived in perfect condition. After I received them, I realized that both of them were too large for the small handbag I will be carrying, so I had to return them. Otherwise, they were high quality wallets. I will continue to shop at Belt Outlet. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service!

GBDanbury is exceptional quality. I purchased this Danbury belt to replace the one that I had previously gotten from Dockers. While they looked exactly alike, it is quite obvious that the quality of the Danbury belt is by far the better belt.

GBGreat choice found just what we have been looking fot Found a belt like one my husband has been looking for as there were many to choose from. Looked at the reviews and took the advice to buy a waist size larger and the belt is perfect length. He really likes the belt and it looks very good quality .. only time will tell
