GBHorrible. First jacket arrived late and only after requesting refund. I'd ordered the wrong size, no big deal, that's on me. I paid to have it shipped back and exchanged for a larger size. Never arrived. Was told repeatedly it would come, kept receiving broken tracking links until finally customer service stopped responding altogether. After nearly six months, no jacket and no response to my request for refund. I will never shop here again.

GBStill waiting for delivery after weeks of assurances it is on the way Customer service promised delivery weeks ago. Shipping information still says it hasnt even been shipped. Followed up several times asking for updates after it was promised again a week ago. Now not even getting a response to requests for updates. Will be contacting my credit card to report I have been scammed if I dont hear from customer service soon or receive the item ordered almost 2 months ago. Not using this merchant ever again.

GBVery poor customer service Don't bother to call or text them with a problem concerning your order because they don't return correspondences. Still no response to my two emails and two phone calls. Size chart is wrong, order at least one size bigger. Too bad because the quality of the leather jacket was actually pretty good.

GBPaid $353, and "lexther.com is currently unavailable"??? We have ordered MULTIPLE times in the past and were extremely satisfied -- however, I placed an order on March 15, paid $353, and STILL have not received my order. I have made multiple inquiries with no reply, and today I went to the website to find that it's no longer there? COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!

GBI ordered I ordered. jacket January 2023, I was given 3 dates and still no jacket it is now 12 months later and they don't answer any emails or my request for a refund. $200 thrown away literally!!!
