Super Convenient! Super Convenient for changing your filters on a regular schedule, same price you would pay at the store but they’re shipped directly to your house so you don’t have to remember when was the last time you changed them. Also great for odd sized filters that are normally hard to find or require trying multiple home improvement stores! All around great company to do business with!

Kudos to Second Nature! I am a property manager and have been using Second Nature for 2+ years now. They have two customer service reps that are fantastic - Tenia Armstrong and Tai Fields! They are quick to fix shipping + order issues, even when it is my fault! The quality of the filters is great too. Thank you!

I have mild asthma..... I have mild asthma and recently moved from Washington state to southern Oregon. The climate in Oregon is somewhat drier and dustier than the Puget Sound region in Washington. I love having my furnace filters delivered on a regular basis, knowing that my home's air circulation is always being efficiently filtered. Also, that I'm getting clean, filtered ice and water from my fridge with a clean filter every few months. Thanks, guys!!!!

The filters are fine but Fedex delivers… The filters are fine but Fedex delivers them damaged and I have to call and have Second Nature send me new ones 2 times in a row now. Stop using Fedex!!

"it's not economical to refund you" Customer support is a joke. They don't email you before shipments are made so I emailed in to get it canceled right after I was emailed about it being shipped and they responded with this. "Thanks for reaching out. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Once your order processes and ships we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns. As our main expense is shipping, it is simply not economical."
