Quick and honest service on a major holiday. I used to have a service contract with another national company but when my A/C broke down just before July 4 tech who came told me the motor had burned out and would cost $950 to replace but they couldn't do it until after the holiday despite the sweltering heat (and I'm 70). I could never get a manager to even speak to me. Then I called AVS and Anil came on the holiday and fixed it for far less and only replaced the capacitator - nothing wrong with the motor. I signed a service contract on the spot and will cancel the other one. Now I can sleep comfortably!

AVS is the best AVS is the best! Super helpful and fairly priced. Anil helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and even tried to help me fix the problem myself. Couldn't be happier with them.

Christmas Eve Angel We were just hours away from potentially frozen pipes. The dispatch coordinator was wonderfully helpful, polite and miraculously got our house on an incredibly overbooked schedule on Christmas Eve. Anil was professional, thorough and despite needing a part enabled a switch that would last until the new part comes in.
