GBGreat communication Great advice over the phone very helpful in what I needed. Ordered flue liner pack came within 3days of ordering followed by the Arundel XL fantastic communication with dates and times makes life a lot easier when both are working. Cheers

GBDisappointed in simply stoves Disappointed in simply stoves. Ordered a stovax county 3, had one confirmation email about my purchase but then didn’t hear anything, 8 days later I get a phone call from a delivery driver saying he’s outside my house with our stove while I’m out at work. I'm self employed so then had to leave work letting down customers and costing me money to come home and check the stove (simply stoves requests that you check your stove on delivery so there’s no damage to it on their website) so really disappointed with this overall. The stove is in good order apart from the ash tray which has a couple scratches on it which I’m not bothered about. Wouldn’t recommend simply stoves communication seems very poor.
