Loving 🥰 the new wood stove Absolutely delighted with our new wood stove 😍 the whole process was very easy and we were given lots of advice and support in choosing the best option for our house. Douglas and Jamie were always in contact to ensure we were happy with everything and they were exceptionally tidy, I was not looking forward to the upheaval but when it was all installed and finished it was like it had always been there. We consulted with a few different companies before opting to go with Prentice and I’m so glad we did as the finished result is just amazing!! I’m so looking forward to the cold weather now. A highly professional replacement of a… A highly professional replacement of a flue liner for a solid fuel Rayburn. The kitchen floor and units plus the hall floor were sealed with boards and plastic sheeting. The old liner was swept, removed and the chimney swept again. An access hole was made, the flue liner replaced, the hole sealed over properly and the tiles replaced with spares and grouted. Insulation material was installed between the chimney and the liner and the chimney pot replaced as the original was of too small internal diameter. The internal flue was replaced with an insulated type so that it is now fully compliant. All waste materials were taken away. The new flue is performing well with a good draw. 👍

Stove Installation Great company to have installed my stove, very professional and polite tradesmen…I have already left a review on Trustpilot but will say again…If anyone would like one of these stoves fitted….these are the guys to do it.
