GBGreat customer service Great customer service! My filters arrived crushed and unusable. I received a quick and friendly reply from a customer service rep. Within a couple days. I had brand new ones show up at my door.

GBI tried to sign up yesterday I tried to sign up yesterday, but, it would not let me choose every 6 months, it kept going to “once a month” as a default. I tried three times then gave up. Today it seemed to work. Looking forward to not having to remember if I changed filter or not
