a company that loves cats! customer service goes above and beyond with a quick and courteous response. they were able to solve my issue extremely conveniently leaving me very satisfied with the results. the staff truly seems to love and care about cats. the harnesses are superior to all other harnesses i’ve tried. definitely worth the money to make sure your kitty is comfortable and secured in. the backpack… i have the airy outdoors backpack for camping/hiking and let me tell you my cat LOVES it. he uses it in the car, the house, stores, on walks, camping, everything. i’ve never used to sideways as a carrier to the vet but the vet staff seems to like the backpack better as well! he doesn’t get jerked around as much as in a side carrier. he loves to be strapped in and have the back screen fully open to he can look out at everything. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to take their fur babies out safely and comfortably! 🧡 not to mention, they partnered with jackson galaxy so they must have his seal of approval!

BEWARE: NO MONEY BACK I purchased several cat harnesses after reading lots of reviews, but when they came and we tried them on it wasn't a good fit. I went to make a return and get my money back only to find out this company doesn't offer true returns, only store credit. Not to mention I accidently ordered two sets of their cat beds. So now I'm stuck with hundreds of dollars of store credit that I don't know if I'll be using. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Great Selections! I have bought several backpacks and harnesses for cats. All the products are awesome and high quality. The Navigator and The Boop Coop We bought The Navigator and The Boop Coop. Both really well made products. As soon as you open them you can tell that it’s been made well and they’re both very sturdy. The navigator is great for carrying one of our cats on a walk, and the Boop Coop is perfect for vet trips (so our two boys can stay together for moral support). I found it so hard to find a carrier that fits two cats, but the Boop Coop is the perfect fit. It’s also nice and tall, which gives them enough space to sit up if they want to. It also has attachments for their harnesses. We’ve even had comments on how good it looks in the vet waiting room!
