Swindle deception Same problem. I bought something last month but never arrived I emailed seller and customer service different times and haven't received any answer. Impossible to contact them by phone. I'm afraid they cheated me and I'll never receive the item or my money back. What a terrible disappoinment!

So far, so good! We started selling on Fancy in December, and have had a lot of success! It's great to be able to choose what items are featured on their home page, and set our own shipping prices. The store portal is easy to navigate. We've had a couple minor issues with overseas shipping and incorrect commission being charged, but nothing major. Obviously we expect orders to slow down after the holidays, but we're still receiving steady orders even after the New Year. We're looking forward to keeping up the demand through the whole year! I know of a clothing company that didn't have as much success, so it probably depends on the product but our artisan kitchen and home products have done really well.

Happy with quality and customer service I've purchased from Fancy a few times over the past year including bedding, wind tumblers, stationary and some fun jewelry pieces. I have always been impressed with the quality of their products and selection. I did run into one issue where a necklace I purchased broke, but their customer service person (I think her name was Heidi) was able to get me a replacement quickly, which was amazing! (I haven't had any issues with the necklace since). Will continue to shop on Fancy.

Brands & Merchants Beware! Our experience with Fancy mirrors that of all the other merchants who've left reviews below. They are aggressive with their outreach to sell marketing packages. They send emails and pitch decks riddled with grammar and spelling mistakes. When ANYTHING goes wrong they stop replying to your emails entirely. Reps come and go from the company and dont last more than a few months. Shady business practices all around.

I got 20% refund but should of received 50% It would of cost me 50% to ship it back to China it’s ridiculous thats how they make $$$ knowing no one wants to spend tjat to send it back . They should not be able to sell to the US !!
