We don’t have what you paid for, what we told you we have, what we promised to deliver on a delivery date. We just don’t have it and we don’t care about it. No responsibility, no acknowledgement, no sorry. Nothing!

CAExcellent Customer Service Thanks to Steve Kraft, now at the Brampton location, our Tasco experience has been excellent. We have dealt with Steve over the course of 5 years, first to purchase several major appliances, and then in relation to a warranty replacement of one of those appliances. On all occasions, Steve has provided excellent customer service. He listens to our needs/issues and offers suggestions/direction suited to what we require. He has always been available and responsive, and, when needed, gets back to us in a timely fashion. His follow-through and follow-up have been great, as is the information he provides. Our experience with him has been that we will be supported, and that he cares about us as customers. We also have been very happy with the appliances, warranty experience, and installers. All of this makes us feel secure about our purchases, and will bring us back to Tasco in the future.

CATasco after sale Tasco after sale - or after you Paid for appliances (they don’t seem to care anymore once they got your money) is terrible. They delivered on September 26 a broken LG washer, ie, core of the machine completely damaged, and very hard to get them to take responsibility for a product they sold that was damaged. It’s October 29, OVER a month, and still not ahead of things: no reply, no machine, no washing... I highly do not recommend Tasco or LG, they keep throwing the puck!

CAAbsolutely the worst experience ever Absolutely the worst experience ever. I placed an order for a dishwasher back in early July of 2020 with an expected delivery date of 1-week. That delivery date has been now pushed back for over 2-months and they are telling me that they are in stock, but waiting to come up from the US. So basically, when the website at the time of ordering said the units were in stock, they were not. I have been waiting now for over 2-months for a dishwasher that should have been delivered 1-week after ordering. Absolutely horrendous experience and I would absolutely never purchase so much as shoe laces from this company ever again.

CAA nightmare with delivery and installation dates A nightmare with scheduling order, delivery and installation. TASCO invoice states that payment 7 days before inventory is reserved for delivery. I requested a delivery date of April 26 and paid in full over $20,000 on April 2nd. No one from store confirmed any inventory for 10 days until I checked with them and then they said I had to wait until late May for my appliances! I booked a whole month off work to give them the buffer required to deliver /install my appliances and still they are refusing to delivery on my requested date after hours so that I won't miss more time off work. Now the managers will not take my phone calls and I still don't have an installation date. I have no kitchen and no way of preparing home cooked meals now for close to one month!
