GBI ordered shoes they're trying to say I ordered shoes they're trying to say. I ordered size 5 which I wear 10 I ordered 3 other pairs of shoes off different sites the same day all being size ten it took me 32 days to receive shoes got wrong size now Linda's trying to send me a coupon for a doff pair what kind of customer service is this u pay $100 for the shoes not like I paid $15 then it took them almost the whole 30 days before I got a tracking number just awful customer service they obviously don't care about there customers I've ordered numerous things either never received them or took longer than a month

GBNot great service but product is okay Updated I placed my order on the 30th. It's been in processing ever since and received no tracking number updates. When I tried to call I keep getting a voicemail. The voicemail is generic and has no professional greeting. My email has not been replied to. The physical address does not look legit. I did receive my product and it is decent and as described. It did not get a tracking number until I made a complaint. Not super impressed

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. An excellent artistic picture. I'm very happy with my purchase. The customer service was outstanding. They were quick to reply to my questions. Even though they had a lot of requests for this product and explain the influx of people buying there product they quickly responded to my question.
