Came across Roomtery on Pinterest Came across Roomtery on Pinterest and thought wow what a cool company until I got on TikTok and found out that the products I bought from them weren't actually FROM them ! Everything they post is from other creators and all of their products can found on other websites for less. Would never buy from them again.

Scam!!!! Do Not Buy!!!! Scam!!!!! This company shipped me some cheap products off Alibaba - there was even a Chinese receipt in the package!? If i could give it NO STARS I would! After I searched the product s I bought from them online I discovered that all of their products are being drop shipped from other sites at a mark up. Do not recommend!

Roomtery customer service has exceeded… Roomtery customer service has exceeded my expectations. I was accidentally sent the wrong color of a mirror I ordered. I contacted customer service via email and was assisted by Mark. He was able to quickly verify that I was indeed sent the wrong color and is sending me the corrected order and not requiring me to send back the inaccurate order (one less errand to run!) I was surprised and grateful for the promptness and understanding.
