CATerrible Customer Service When I initially ordered I was quite happy with the product. However, I have since rearranged my living room and wanted to move the pictures to a different wall. The magnets would not adhere to the wall and the pictures kept falling. I contacted customer service with a simple request asking for some replacement magnets to be sent and they told me this was not possible. Unsure why? I’ve only had these tiles for about a year and they are now useless to me. Too bad since I was going to order more but I guess I will look elsewhere now.

BEMixpix fall off due to magnets that so not stick Got my 7 mixpix tiles. They look nice but unfortunately they fall off the wall due to poor magnets. I will therefore have to look elsewhere for my next order.

GBReceived another family's order THREE times, missed holiday gift-giving 3 different times I was sent the wrong order - someone else's personal photo tiles (and I assume someone else received mine). 3 times. I placed the order for tiles very early in December to get Christmas gifts in time. By mid-January I gave up and asked for a refund.

GBPretty good quality, room for improvement. Ordered MixPix on a Saturday and had them from Germany on a Wednesday which was impressive. The quality of the pictures looks good. HOWEVER, the pictures were not cropped exactly as I had cropped them online. This caused two of mine to appear weird. Make sure if you go to order that you leave a little margin for error because the cropped area will appear smaller than it does online. Additionally, I only received enough adhesive (for mounting) for 8 of the 12 pics. Still would consider ordering again though.

GBDamaged tiles. No help I ordered these for a Father’s Day gift. Some of them arrived damaged. I immediately contacted mixpix and went through the process for replacement. I still have not received the replacement tiles. Very disappointing
