GBDamaged Products and Nonexistent Service I ordered a stove and some accessories, but when I received it the stove was dented and scratched, and the glass ash lip was shattered upon arrival. After informing the company they told me that I would be receiving updates on a replacement of my items. After 5 months of waiting I emailed them to get a refund and have them come pick up the damaged products. Not only did they refuse to give a refund, but they also said that I was never supposed to get a new stove. Apparently I’ve been waiting 5 months for a can of touch up paint. So if you want to waste your time and money on an overpriced paper weight then I suggest you buy from this company. If you actually want a stove then you should buy from somewhere else.

GBThe sales rep we dealt with polite and knowledgeable The sales rep. that we had was very helpfull polite. She took her time and when I asked a question about the stove we purchased she answered it.

GBI received the wrong product. I received the wrong product so I reached out. They said I ordered the wrong product and thank you for understanding and have not returned any calls after that. So now I’m stuck with a $2000 gas stove that I cannot use.
