He is moving from a single hospital bed to a double size and bedding for him was difficult to find. I'm was so excited to find Blessed Bedding and the quilt was sent directly to his home in another state. His parents say that when the package was opened that his face lit up with a big smile. Good Service We received a quilt from Blessedbedding but it had some logo issues. We reached out to Blessedbedding about these issues and they got back to us immediately. Blessedbedding worked with us to resolve the issues. They communicated well with us, keeping us apprised of the process. Through their efforts we were able to find a resolution that met our needs. The customer service was good and they were very responsive.

Beyond ironic that this company sends… Beyond ironic that this company sends me an email for a review. I have not received my order, have been in touch with Beyond Bedding who passes the problem off to the shipping company that doesn't respond. When I contacted BB again to request that they reship my order or refund me my money, they circle back to contact the shipping company. After further research I have found this company has a terrible reputation for incorrect orders and missing shipments. If I could give less than zero stars I would.

The number they have on there website they never answer the phone or leave a message. This company took my money wint return my money they wont email me back nobody should ever order anything from them I have reported this issue I am very upset

Shipping too long! Product nice. Shipped a month after initial shipping window. If you have time, it's no worries. I gave my son his birthday gift over a month late.
