Jeff was very professional, courteous, friendly and great knowledge of Darwin’s furniture selections. We struggled to find what we wanted until Jeff showed us additional options and we found a leather sofa that had all the options we asked for and a color we both loved. We decided on two sofa’s versus a sofa loveseat option, We have to add that Jeff is a pleasure to work with. There was no salesman pressure, he answered all our questions and gave us all the facts we needed to make a purchase. Debbie & Keith

GBDarvin has been a nightmare... Edit: 3 months later and I still haven't received my furniture and I'm still not receiving ANY communications regarding my order status. Keeping up with these people is a full time job with terrible benefits. Also, I did get a credit for being d**n near assaulted by their delivery guy but that is hardly enough compensation for being put in a position of being fearful of my physical safety at 9 months pregnant. I'll never order furniture from them again. Original Review: Darvin has been a nightmare to work with since placing my order back in March of 2021. My furniture was on backorder and during that time, they increased the price of my furniture after our purchase agreement and financing was finalized. Vic nor anyone from management has gotten back to me to correct the pricing on my order. When I informed them of the issue, they asked ME to send THEM a copy of the original purchase agreement to prove they hiked the prices up on me. Delivery guy was disrespectful and aggressive (aggressively throwing pillows and cushions into my arms while I am 9 months pregnant). No one returns my calls or responds to any concerns I have voiced. This is the first and last purchase I will ever make with Darvin.
