Luxurious and comfy! Love the pink and white pinstripe pjays. I’m no silk expert but it feels and looks like silk. Super luxurious and the perfect pink! Just a note for sizing: I’m 5’4 and the pants sit right below my ankles so I would size up if you’re taller than 5’4.

SO DISAPPOINTED, NOT REAL SILK! SO DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT BUY FROM SLIP INTO SOFT!! I was looking for a piece of silk clothing for my wife for our anniversary and slipintosoft.com was one of the first websites to pop up on google. The website looks legit, easy to use, and professional. I selected the item I wanted, a 2 piece silk top and shorts. It stated it would take 2-3 business days to ship. After ordering, I eventually got an email saying it was shipping from China and would arrive within 2-3 weeks. This was my first warning sign. Needless to say, I didn't have the gift in time for our anniversary. When it finally arrived, it came in some very cheap packaging and was in a cheap box with another company’s name and logo on it (Freedom Silk). This was warning sign number 2. When we finally opened it and inspected the contents, it was a very cheap looking pair of shorts and a top that did not look like anything from the website. The material definitely was not silk or any variant close to feeling like silk. It was very rough to the touch and just overall very cheap feeling/looking. I'm not sure what type of material it was, but I have polyester clothing that feels much nicer than this stuff. It dawned on me I had been ripped off. I started researching the company and saw similar complaints. I emailed the company and told them what happened. They asked I ship the items back at our expense to get a refund. I read multiple accounts of people shipping the items back, paying for return shipping, and then never receiving a refund. The company simply said they never received the item. The only people who did get refunds were those to paid extra for verified signature received shipping. Not willing to lose more money by shipping the items back, I decided to cut my loses. I mostly just want to warn others about buying anything from these frauds. They are obviously advertising silk clothing at real silk prices. I also later found out Freedom Silk is in cahoots with Slip into Soft. I paid over $100 dollars for a silk top and shorts and received a $5 pair of who knows what kind of material straight from China. Very disappointed and I would never ever buy anything from this company again. I hope others do not make the same mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM SLIP INTO SOFT!! I ordered from freedomsilk and got a… I ordered from freedomsilk and got a package from slipintosoft that has reviews for counterfeit silk. I believe this to be true because I got a notification in my email saying i'm getting electronic trade documents from Damon Wu... a chinese financial rep with Morgan Stanley. It's to surpass customs. Definitely will be working on a return with this.

Freedom silk customer service told me I was too fat to wear their silk night gown I have been having issues with this company. The silk night gown started falling apart only after 3 weeks of sleeping in it. The customer service was not responding and my honest review I wrote on their website was not getting displayed there (and still it is not displayed). The customer service responded to my complaints and refunded the money only after I opened a dispute with PayPal. However, they sent me an email saying that it was my fault that the fabric was falling apart, because they felt I was too fat. I can't believe the email they sent me: "Sorry for the shopping experience with us. We cherish customer as you. I noticed you chose the oversize. Is the falling apart caused by being too tight? 19 mm is lighter and more breathable but it is not as durable as 22 mm. Hope you come to our website next time to try 22 mm silk sleepwear." They insulted me and then they suggested that I buy from them again! Somehow the fact that I chose the big size made them come to the conclusion that the gown was too tight and therefore was falling apart. Unbelievable! An update: I received an apology from Freedomsilk today: "Hello Galina, I am sorry for my gaffe, we will work to improve the quality of our products and look forward to your next visit". I have updated their rating.
