Freedom silk customer service told me I was too fat to wear their silk night gown I have been having issues with this company. The silk night gown started falling apart only after 3 weeks of sleeping in it. The customer service was not responding and my honest review I wrote on their website was not getting displayed there (and still it is not displayed). The customer service responded to my complaints and refunded the money only after I opened a dispute with PayPal. However, they sent me an email saying that it was my fault that the fabric was falling apart, because they felt I was too fat. I can't believe the email they sent me: "Sorry for the shopping experience with us. We cherish customer as you. I noticed you chose the oversize. Is the falling apart caused by being too tight? 19 mm is lighter and more breathable but it is not as durable as 22 mm. Hope you come to our website next time to try 22 mm silk sleepwear." They insulted me and then they suggested that I buy from them again! Somehow the fact that I chose the big size made them come to the conclusion that the gown was too tight and therefore was falling apart. Unbelievable! An update: I received an apology from Freedomsilk today: "Hello Galina, I am sorry for my gaffe, we will work to improve the quality of our products and look forward to your next visit". I have updated their rating.

I ordered from freedomsilk and got a… I ordered from freedomsilk and got a package from slipintosoft that has reviews for counterfeit silk. I believe this to be true because I got a notification in my email saying i'm getting electronic trade documents from Damon Wu... a chinese financial rep with Morgan Stanley. It's to surpass customs. Definitely will be working on a return with this.

Luxurious silk, floor-length gown I recently bought the Momme Mulberry Silk Floor Length Luxurious Silk Nightgown. Couldn’t be more pleased! This gown is made with impeccable workmanship. The silk is gloriously soft and clearly durable. I had wanted a 1930’s style, bias-cut nightgown, with that level of tailoring in the bodice to create an hourglass drape. While vintage is charming and fits beautifully, the older silk is usually lightweight and ready to fray. I wanted a durable, truly comfortable, and sexy gown to wear and love for years to come. The money is well worth it. Quality is top notch!

Luxurious and comfy! Love the pink and white pinstripe pjays. I’m no silk expert but it feels and looks like silk. Super luxurious and the perfect pink! Just a note for sizing: I’m 5’4 and the pants sit right below my ankles so I would size up if you’re taller than 5’4.
