We love this. We love this. The mattress arrived and was easily unpacked. A nice little touch off a box cutter inside the pack, therefore there was no risk of damaging the mattress when unpacking it. It took a little while to fully inflate, as expected. Eventually over a few days it fully inflated. In my opinion, this is the most comfortable mattress I have a pleasure to sleep on. I would highly recommend this for price, quality and comfort. A letter word of warning; it is very very heavy, definitely needs 2 if not 3 people to manoeuvre it into place. Especially if like me, you have a very small house. We wrestled with it to get it up the stairs and over the banister, before we were able to get it in the bedroom, and believe me it took an awful lot of effort, but we'll worth it. 😊. Good luck .

I ordered a matress I ordered a matress , it took ages to come and they delivered a super king instead of a double, they do not respond to emails and the uk number on the website does not exist, they contacted me once asking for photos to prove I had not opened the package which I hadn’t and I gave photos the same day as requested, and then again they did not respond. So I am left with a mattress that doesn’t fit the bed. The customer service is non existent so for this reason I would not recommend.

My first mattres in the box Get my first hybrid mattress after 5 days, the mattress comes compressed in a box, which makes it easier to maneuver, although it is quite heavy. I moved it up four flights of stairs to my walkup apartment by myself using the tire flip method, which worked well. The mattress packaging was also pretty intact. After unrolling the mattress in the morning, it was fully expanded and ready to sleep on by night. I didn't notice any strange smells. Initially, the mattress was firmer than I expected, but it has gotten softer and more comfortable over time. The mix of foam and springs provides the perfect level of sink and support, making me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I sleep on my side and back, and don't experience any pressure points or pain in my hips or lower back. I wake up ache-free every morning. Honestly, I sleep so well on mattress that it's like I don't even remember falling asleep. It's really nice how affordable this mattress is, especially considering how comfortable it is. I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable mattress. It's suitable for all body types and sleeping styles, and I'm so glad that I took a chance on it.

I purchased my Inofia mattress through… I purchased my Inofia mattress through Amazon 2 weeks ago...it's absolutely fantastic. After many years of broken sleep due to my "tradional" memory foam mattress, I've had 8+ hours solid sleep with my Inofia mattress. I went for medium-firm which is perfect. Would definitely recommend.
