so happy with my herecleon chandelier of Mooielights I ordered this heracleon chandelier and it is really exactly what I expected. It is beautiful and just as beautiful as the original I have it is only 2.000 euro's cheaper ;-)). i ordered it 2 weeks ago and received it yesterday. So all the problems I saw on the internet were due to Covid. Now Mooielights delivers fast. I am very happy with the lamp and will definitely order new items in the future.

Complete total scam Complete total scam. Shipped lamp is not what advertised, but a terrible, cheap quality imitation. It took forever to arrive, then customer service is unwilling to refund. I told them I would sue for false advertising and scamming, they replied that since they are incorporated in Singapore there is nothing I can do from the US. DO NOT BUY

Do BOT recommend!!! The link they originally sent about delivery for tacking status was always broken. Numerous emails later just told it’s on the way and “be patient.” Never received the product and they want a review???? Something is fishy with this company. Service is bogus Do not recommend!!!!!!

Value for money I ordered two lamps. The wire form free pendant lamp is exactly what I expected. Really nice. The Ok pendant lamp is fine but not as nice as I hoped ( maybe because I also own the original? ) Delivery time was ok en shipping fee very reasonable. Definite an adres to remember.

I’ll be ordering more... I really wanted a Cloud Style Chandelier with numerous frosted white globes, but many of them were way out of my price range. Then I came across the perfect fixture when I stumbled upon the Mooielight website. I was hesitant about placing the order, but I’m glad I did. It took 38 days to receive but it was well worth the wait.
