Honestly this was my first time… Honestly this was my first time ordering from a new/small site.I came across FredCo on google & I thought why not give it a try as it was offering lower price for the table . It’s taking 15 days minimum but when it got delivered I was fully satisfied. It’s all good I set it up Looks so amazing.

Good Quality but Subpar Instructions Headboard I wanted was out of stock, and I decided to order from FredCo because it said they were trusted by google, and it was the only website that gave me a specific restock date. The delivery date was pushed back a week, but this wasn’t a big deal because the product was out of stock so the restock was just an estimate. The instructions weren’t super helpful because it assumes that you bought the bed frame as well, and not just the headboard. The quality is really nice and it looks great. Overall a good purchase

Shopping was easy Shopping was easy, found item I wanted placed order easily and ordered it. Received text message that I would receive updates on order status, it’s been a week and haven’t heard a thing. Don’t know if it’s shipped, still waiting to ship, back ordered, or what’s going on with the order for sure. Not sure how long it’s supposed to take before you get notifications. Most places send them immediately to let you know they are working on your order, then let you know when it’s shipped and possible delivery date. I guess I wait a little longer and see what happens.

I ordered a couch and it was a week without order confirmation so I emailed and they called saying they needed me to verify my identity and to send my ID and a bill that had the address that the couch was going to be delivered to. I didn’t think anything of it until they stopped responding and then they canceled my order. Scam and stole my identity

Really happy with this purchase of the… Really happy with this purchase of the mirrored wall mounted jewelry box. It’s a great industrial look. Love that it came with materials to mount the unit securely. Glad I purchased it. Interaction with owner was professional.
