Took my money and Canceled my order - got item eventually First of all they took my money but canceled my order without telling me - then when I asked them what was going on they sent me the wrong item - not what I ordered - I’m still fighting with them to either get the correct item or a refund - I would strongly recommend avoiding them if at all possible - their blankets might be ok but good luck ever receiving one Update I did end up receiving the item I ordered but it was a longer process than I had hoped and I had to follow up a number of times with the support team The blanket is nice enough - excellent sustainability credentials (which is initially why I was keen on it) but the process to get one is perhaps not worth it

Just like to say “wow” I got the… Just like to say “wow” I got the limited edition print 10.5 tog and thought it very light but sleeping in it was amazing , warm and felt like air , it really is lovely and worth the money

Terrible communication Estimated arrival was 12/13 or 12/14. It was not shipped until 12/15. I asked on 12/14 when the expected ship date was but they never responded.

The best I love It. very comfortable, Warm, and lightweight, washes and drys quick and easy. Now that I've used it, wash and dried it, it is well worth the price. I will buy another one shortly.
