GBAbsolutely love this store Absolutely love this store! They searched the store over for an item I had seen online this summer but couldn’t find when I visited in person. I also recently ordered 2 boxes of crackle balls and they were delivered in a few days and wrapped very well so none of them were broken.

GBGlass candle came shattered in delivery… Glass candle came shattered in delivery box at likely no fault of niche. Niche sent a new candle within 2 weeks.

GBLots of unique items, BUT….. Lots of unique items. My issue was the return policy. Says 3 days for refund. We specifically asked about the items we were buying as we’d spent about an hour picking them out. Nothing worked in our space. We returned to the store for a refund. Immediately the staff said ‘botanicals are final sale!’ It doesn’t state that ANYWHERE on the policy or the receipt. These were PRICEY botanicals. When we challenged them and stated that we had specifically asked about returning what we were buying and were never told about the botanicals, they relented and agreed to the refund. That’s when it got interesting. We’re standing at the cash. This clerk takes out a 8 1/2 x 11 pad and starts writing out each and every item we were returning including full description and price!!! We had used a credit card and were returning everything so not sure what this painful exercise was supposed to accomplish. To add insult to injury, this clerk then proceeded to ask for just about every piece of personal information including full name, address, phone number AND email address. When we questioned why that was necessary, we were told their computer system was outdated and (for some reason) they needed this information to process the refund! Bogus!!! Paid by CC; refund by CC. PERIOD!

GBAwful Awful. The item I ordered arrived very late and broken. Repeated email requests for a return and exchange were entirely ignored. Essentially they conned me out of £35.

GBI originally ordered the same product… I originally ordered the same product with anthropologie. They couldn't get the order to me for months. I canceled the order when I saw the exact same product at Decor & Gifts. I got it in days.
