Beware Beware, NOT RELIABLE!! I ordered two purses and received one. Ater the second purse did not show up, I inquired about the second purse and was told someone was looking into it. Received an email saying I should receive the purse on March 25th. When it didn't arrive I inquired again and was told it should arrive by 9pm on March 29th. Still did not arrive so I sent an email letting them know I was going to report them and asked for a refund. I was told again someone would look into the issue. The purse was a gift that I wanted to deliver on Easter. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURSE! Great disappointment!

False Advertising BE AWARE! I spent $46.90 on an advertised cup for my daughter who is a nurse. The cup looks nothing like what was advertised. I sent pics and wanted to return the item. They told me to keep it and they’ll send me something else of my choosing. They are not responding to my emails and I will need to report it to my bank.

Personalized Skull Cup… I ordered the personalized skull cup and it looks even better than the picture. I absolutely love it! The shipping wasn't too bad either.

Customer Service at its best My ornament was received today, and I am pleasantly surprised. It came out terrific and I can’t wait for my daughter to receive her present.
