For my sister's birthday For my sister's birthday, I decided to surprise her with a Digital Clock Charger, which she had been wanting for her office. It was a hit! Out of Business after failure to deliver I order lights from Wood Venture in Nov. 2022 and they were never received, nor even shipped. After being told by their customer support that there were delays for a few months, I stopped receiving responses and now the website doesn't operate. I never received a refund nor the products I ordered.

Waste of money, customer service is poor Product (night stand phone charge & light) stopped working after 3.5 months. No responses to emails(yes, their support email that they provide) and the phone number only produces a busy signal. Expensive junk. Don’t buy. Update: Still a terrible company. Sure enough, they actually answered my support email - but do you think they could follow through on sending a replacement product as promised? Not a chance. Contact person constantly needs to “check with a manager”, “check with another department”. It’s the most ineffective company structure. Stings of emails… to get nowhere. Don’t buy.
