Waiting for my mattress Ordered a mattress Saturday morning. Received an email confirmation. Have called 3 times since Saturday following up on the order to see when it will be delivered and left 3 voicemails and no call back.

Online experience was fine Online experience was fine, but not a way to buy a mattress. This is NOT a comfortable mattress. Very upset that I didn't go to the store and lay on it. Not sure what one can do now

Ordered online and it couldn't have… Ordered online and it couldn't have been easier! My mattress and box spring was delivered 8 days after I ordered it. Courteous delivery people and they took the plastic wrapping with them.
