Absolutely disgusted with both fake… Absolutely disgusted with both fake advertisement and the customer service! I paid for a canvas and got a sheet of paper upon being rejected refund and trying to get some justice for my ruined Christmas gift for my mom i took it to social media and was blocked ! This is how Louvenir treats their customers. Absolute disgrace

Fantastic customer care, bad quality print Great, just great service and an OK website. You can not change your "picture" after you've put it in the "shopping cart". This should be fixed. Not at all satisfied with the quality of the print. Ordered from The Night Sky once before and the quality there compared to here are night and day! So it's a bit pricey for a thick paper with bad quality print and letters. It's nothing more than ok. But the service and the customer care is top notch!
