Oh my gosh …. beyond belief service! Oh my gosh! How Great the team is at Decor Lane! Way, way beyond expectations with their quality service… helped me to change and coordinate my order when I realized that I ordered one duvet set with 4 pieces and should have ordered the one with six pieces… then I ordered the down insert and the team worked to coordinate shipping the items… that was awesome.. but wait.. there’s more! I wanted the down topped hotel featherbed topper but the sizes they had would not fit my king mattress… they went to the manufacturer and it’s being custom made just for me! Gave me a discount on top of that too! Wow, wow, just tremendous! Thank you team!

I ordered some pictures from Decor Lane… I ordered some pictures from Decor Lane in Nov 22 and as of 10th January 2023 I am still waiting for their arrival. I have emailed their customer service, used their chat line etc but cannot get a response from this company. They are just completely ignoring all emails. I will never use them again. Issue resolved! Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the color of the square accent pillows. The customer service was excellent & sent new pillows with email keeping me up to date. My new Duvet & pillows are absolutely beautiful! Very happy with the whole experience!!
