AUDisappointing, Not Recommended I purchased a Prussian Blue King Duvet set. The product that arrived was DULL in colour and not as advertised. I was told that I could not exchange the product despite the discrepancy in colour. It’s too awful to use so it’s sitting in its original packaging. I don’t believe most of their reviews are genuine either. It cost me close to $600, and they offered to refund $37 and give me a gift card for $50. Terrible product, service and false advertising. Don’t recommend it, save your money.

GBIssue resolved! Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the color of the square accent pillows. The customer service was excellent & sent new pillows with email keeping me up to date. My new Duvet & pillows are absolutely beautiful! Very happy with the whole experience!!

GBPRODUCT DECEPTION I purchased a duvet for my daughter’s birthday. It was the exact COLOR that she wanted based on decor-lane’s online catalog. We opened the package and could not believe how DULL and BLAND the actual color was. I immediately contacted decor lane. This company delayed sending me a address to return the duvet. They wanted me to try their suggestions. After about 3 or 4 request they finally sent me the address. Our disappointment was so great. Please re-read their return policy. Which was another let down. It cost me a little over $70.00 to return the duvet. The worst return policy I have ever experienced.
