Along with the pillowcases, they provide a charming cardboard illustration explaining the process of silk production, as well as a generous sample piece of the silk itself. This allows customers to perform a burn test to verify the authenticity of the silk or test wash. Speaking of washing, these pillowcases wash up beautifully without any issues. The silkiness and coolness these pillowcases provide are absolutely amazing. I like this percentage 23mm of mulberry silk. It's substantial in comparison. I highly recommend avoiding overpriced options like Blissy cases and investing in these beautiful Promeed pillowcases instead. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Scam. Scam. When I placed the order, it said the duvet cover was in stock and would have expedited shipping of 2-4 days. A week later I emailed to ask where it was and was promised (in poor English grammar) it would ship by the end of the week. That was three weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. I have emailed three times (there’s no phone number that I could find) over those three weeks and not a single response. I am starting a charge back process with my credit card because the only refund option is contacting the same email address that has not responded to my other inquiries.

Soft And Silky Pillowcase I purchased this pillowcase to use on my 5 years toddler pillow. I wanted silk to protect her long, blond, fine hair. She loves sleeping on this pillowcase. It is so soft and silky. We purchased the pink and it is the perfect girly, pale pink.

Would buy again. Soft, cool, fit pillow well, lovely color, calmed my hair down. I'm delighted with this pillow case. I comes with super cute instructions for use, information about how it is made, substantial wash mesh bag, and well packaged. I washed it lightly before use and rinsed until the water was clear. It's cool to the touch and comfortable. I toss and turn all night with long hair and my hair is signicantly smoother in the morning with this case on my pillow. I bought the deep grey and it matches my sheets well. Would definitely buy again.

Good Pillowcase as a Tester for Sleeping on Silk I bought this pillowcase to see if it would help with my daughter's hair getting frizzy overnight - she'd been complaining about it. I wasn't ready to spend $50+ on an experiment, so tried out this one as a starter. The silk does help with her hair and she's happy with it overall. She also runs a little hot, so enjoys that it's a bit cooler than cotton to the touch. We've washed it by hand a couple of times and it dries fairly quickly on the line. It is a bit thin, ours is white, and you can see the pattern of the pillow lining through the case, it probably wouldn't be an issue with a regular white pillow, ours happens to have a light pattern. I'm also not sure if I like the zip closure over an envelope, but it does ensure the pillow stays in place. Only other issue that might bother some is that it does get wrinkled - not sure if this is standard with silk as it's our first, but it doesn't really bother me.
