Returns.: Returns.: I believe you want to sell your items international, then make sure you have a return agent in the country you sent items to. It is very difficult to get unwanted items returned outside EU in time of you refund policy of 14 days. All your items are of good quality and beautiful, however the Kobenhaven series quality is not as good as other series you have, the green is more a black green as a forest green. Might suit some but not me.

I discovered I had spelt my street name incorrectly and sent a message to customer service hoping they would get back to me before the parcel was sent to Australia, where I live. I was do relieved to receive a message the next day to say that my address had been corrected. Excellent customer service as sometimes you don't get a response, especially by the next day. I have been delighted with every… I have been delighted with every purchase from Georg Jensen Damask. Both design and quality are consistently superb. Some tablecloths have been in used now for many years and been laundered over and over. The seams never unravel, the color stays true and the texture of the weave just seems to get better over time. I am grateful that the care brochure said to use laundry detergent that does not have harsh chemicals or optical brighteners. I've been using the American brand Woolite with success...

In particular when I called to enquire about the delivery time since I was worried about being at home for the delivery. The woman answering the phone is extremely helpful and the order was delivered 2 days later. Perfect service! It was however a bit of a surprise, after having bought many packages linen from you during more than 20 years, that one of the laces for tying the quilt cover together fell off when I put the cover on for the first time last night. I have been overjoyed with the quality of your linen for all this time so I hope that this is not a sign of lesser quality standards!
