Just bought another one for the hubby. He no longer complains of headaches and finds the plus size sleep pillow okay to use even though he uses a sleep machine. I own two seat pillows and use them with the back pillow. Excellent quality and has helped for real with sciatica pain. Absolutely happy with Ecoden.
