DIY frame kit solved the problem for odd size print I bought the DIY kit for an odd sized print. The shipping time was accurate (albeit slow) and the product was wrapped and protected nicely. They items are loose, not pre-packaged--no scuffs, no scrapes. Included wire hangers and wall bumpers for the frame, but no hanging wire (-1 star). Frame was easy to assemble and fit tightly without glass, and without extra backing. Pleased with the final product. Will shop here again.

All my questions were answered in a timely manner and my frame was received a few days earlier than expected. The frame is beautiful and a wonderful compliment to my daughter's wedding picture. Frames are nice, but communication could have been better! The frames are really nice. It would be nice if the hangers would have been already applied, but we will manage. I was not completely satisfied with the answers I received with email communication. Basically, carefully giving me generic info that did not completely satisfy the questions asked.
