GBTurmerry takes your money and cannot deliver mattresses Turmerry does not have the capacity to produce mattresses for delivery in less than two months. They run out of materials, their production unit does not function efficiently, they cannot fulfill my order even after 2 and a half months and are not able to give a date when it will be shipped. I have never encountered an online business that charges over $1000 for its products, takes a customer's money and cant fulfill an order for over two months. Do not purchase your mattress from Turmerry. There are other latex mattresses that are available that will deliver within 1 week.

GBSo pleased with my topper My mattress was too firm, so I got the latex mattress topper and cover in medium firm. It has no chemical odor or fumes, and enough stability for a balance and movement condition that I have. I didn't realize how comfortable and undisturbed sleep could be; thanks to this topper. Been using it a week now, and Wow! I am so grateful I want Turmerry know!

GBMy experience with Turmerry was very… My experience with Turmerry was very good even thought the 3" medium mattress topper did not work out for my back. The latex topper was good quality, but in my opinion, was too jiggly for me. I would order a 2" topper if I decide to try one again. Turmerry asked that I donate the topper to a charity and send proof to them. I did that and received a prompt, full refund. Thank you, Turmerry!!

GBFabulous products but... I'm giving this company five stars because I do want them to do well, and I really appreciate them being on point with providing customers with GREAT quality organic products. Their customer service is also really great, and they are good at getting back to me WHEN I email them. However, they don't seem to have any mechanism for letting you know when a product is delayed. So one is sitting there for weeks, if not months, wondering what is happening. They should also indicate on their website when something is not in stock. So, there is lots of room for improvement.
