GBReceived part promptly Received part promptly; however it was wrong model. I contacted them and they quickly sent out correct model and gave me a prepaid label to return the other. I will order this part again as it is much less expensive than buying the OEM filter from our A/C company.

GBPartzStop cancelled my order. No reason given. No answer by phone/email. Don't deserve my $$ I placed the order for a tool and paid via PayPal. The payment was processed. I later found out, via email, that the shipping label for the tool was cancelled and my PayPal account credited back the money. No one at PartzStop ever advised me, by email or otherwise, as to why my order was aborted. Attempts to contact PartzStop by telephone were met with a busy signal. No response to email. No return call after leaving my telephone number. Pretty pathetic.

GBGreat Price, Good Service and Prompt Delivery I ordered a draft motor assembly for my furnace. The part was exactly as described and arrived promptly. The price was also very reasonable. A few other HVAC parts houses had the same part for hundreds of dollars more. All in all, a good shopping experience.
